Spring Term 2

 Curriculum

This term we will be using the following books as the stimulus for our English lessons: 

In Maths we will be learning about decimals and percentages.

In Science we are learning about energy: circuits, batteries and switches.

In History we are learning about the impact of war on the people of Britain.

This half term in P.E. we are developing our skills in dance and ultimate frisbee.

P.E. kits will be needed on Wednesdays and Fridays.

This is what a week in Class 6 will look like:

Homework:

Homework will be set digitally on SATs Companion. It will be set on a Friday to be completed by the following Thursday. We also expect the children to read at home for at least ten minutes five days per week and encourage them to sign their reading records each time they read. We keep a record of home reads and children are rewarded for their efforts.
