Spring Term 1

 Curriculum

This term we will be using the following books as the stimulus for our English lessons:

In Maths we will be learning about fractions and measurement.

In Science we are learning about evolution and inheritance.

In Geography we are learning about evolution and inheritance.

This half term in P.E. we are developing our skills in netabll and orienteering.

P.E. kits will be needed on Wednesdays and Fridays.

This is what a week in Class 6 will look like:

Homework:

Homework will be set digitally on SATs Companion. It will be set on a Friday to be completed by the following Thursday. We also expect the children to read at home for at least ten minutes five days per week and encourage them to sign their reading records each time they read. We keep a record of home reads and children are rewarded for their efforts.
